摘    要:XCF型自吸气充气式浮选机的吸浆量以及功耗,受到许多运行参数的影响。本文主要使用实验和仿真的方法研究浮选机叶轮转速,充气量以及直流槽液位高度对浮选机性能的影响,同时运用仿真的手段揭示0.03m3 浮选机内部流场的变化情况。研究表明,浮选机具有双重机制的关键是浮选机叶轮间具有低于标准大气压的压力存在。本文选用了基于CFD计算流体力学的方法对浮选机进行研究,在此同时量化了对浮选机内部水流抽吸能力的循环的能力。研究发现浮选机吸浆以及循环能力的减弱主要是由于气体在中心筒负压区进行了积聚而导致的。为之后充气式浮选机的放大以及优化的后续工作奠定了基础是本文研究所作出的另外一大贡献。

Research on XCF Flotation Machine Performances Based on Experiment and Simulation

Abstract:The slurry absorption and power consumption of the XCF self-aspirating air-filled flotation machine are affected by many operating parameters. This paper mainly uses the methods of experiment and simulation to study the influence of the speed of the flotation machine impeller, the amount of aeration and the liquid level of the DC tank on the performance of the flotation machine. At the same time, the simulation method is used to reveal the change of the flow field in the 0.03m3 flotation machine. Studies have shown that the key to the dual mechanism of the flotation machine is that the pressure between the impellers of the flotation machine is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure. In this paper, the method based on CFD calculation fluid dynamics is selected to study the flotation machine, and at the same time, the ability to circulate the suction capacity of the internal water flow of the flotation machine is quantified. The study found that the flotation machine"s slurry suction and the weakening of the circulation capacity were mainly caused by the accumulation of gas in the negative pressure zone of the central cylinder. Laying the foundation for the subsequent enlargement and optimization of the inflatable flotation machine is another major contribution made by this research.
