| Abstract: | The study uses the level principle to deploy the buoyancy,magnetic force of permanent magnet and inertia force rationally.The high negative pressure of drainage and extraction system is overcome and the drainage device could drain water automatically under the state of negative pressure(>60 kPa) . |
