| Abstract: | When selecting ATSE in electrical design,utilization category should be considered according to the load in normal operation.Transfer type and transfer time should be selected according to load characteristic as well as the location of ATSE in the whole power supply and distribution system.The short-circuit characteristic of ATSE should be considered separately based on PC,CC,CB class in case of short circuit. |
