电磁继电器的电磁兼容性测试

摘    要:针对某型号电磁继电器进行了电磁发射和电磁敏感度测试,并对结果进行了定量分析。研究表明,电磁继电器的电磁传导发射对外干扰较大;而在敏感度方面,继电器对电快速脉冲群和尖峰电压的抗扰度较高;对短时中断和电压暂降的抗扰度较低;外部幅值〉0.05T的磁场会使继电器发生误动。

Abstract:The electromagnetic emitting and sensitivity tests of a electromagnetic relay were carried out and the experimental results were quantitatively analyzed.It was practically proved that the electromagnetic emitting of the relay could interfere with other electric system.And the electromagnetic relay was not sensitive to the electrical fast transient(EFT) and the spike,but sensitive to the short interruption and voltage dips.When the magnitude of the magnetic field outside the relay was more than 0.05 T,the relay would misoperate.
