| Abstract: | This paper discusses different seasonal power load and power consumption by users in colleges and universities. Through setting low-voltage interconnection ties between substation and distribution station,using smart appliances,making up a network monitoring platform and other measures,it is proposed that transformers can be timely switched according to the changes of power consumption and power load in colleges and universities during winter(summer)holidays,thus achieving the purpose of energy saving. |
