摘    要:介绍了一种温度测量模块的设计方法。该设计基于24bit高精度ADC芯片ADS1248,采用数字温度传感芯片做冷端补偿,采取有效的抗干扰措施,实现了一种低成本高精度八路热电偶温度测量模块。

Abstract:The design of temperature acquisition module was introduced.Based on 24 bit high-precision ADC chip ADS1248,the design used digital temperature sensor chip to do cold end compensation,and took effective interference rejection measures to achieve a low-cost high-precision 8-channel thermocouple temperature acquisition module.
