To Promote Regional Resource Sharing on the Basis of Resource Security: Research on Library Service Socialization in Universities in Jilin City

It is the need of development that university libraries provide service to the society. This paper first expounds the significance of service socialization in local university libraries, and then takes university libraries in Jilin as examples to analyze the advantages and current situation of the service socialization in the local university libraries; it discusses the factors limiting the service and puts forward the optimal strategy for it in the local university libraries.
