摘    要:采用真空实型铸造(V-EPC)法,在聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫模表面涂刷料浆,浇注后铁液渗入料浆涂层,得到表面耐磨铸铁。料浆主要组成为SiC粉、EPS颗粒、Cr-Fe粉、助渗剂、粘结剂等。研究发现,耐磨铸铁表层组织中石墨尺寸小于基体中石墨,表层中硬质颗粒SiC与基体冶金结合且分布均匀。磨粒磨损试验结果表明,耐磨铸铁表层的磨损量是基体铸铁的37%。通过对表面层的组织结构分析探讨了表面渗层耐磨性较高的原因。

Abstract:Using vacuum-evaporative pattern casting(V-EPC) technology,the wear resistant surface cast iron can be gained by dipping the EPS model with the slime,casting and infiltrating the liquid iron to the slime layer.The main ingredients of the slime were SiC powder,EPS powder,Cr-Fe powder,auxiliary infiltration agent and binder,etc.The research shows that the graphite figure of surface layer was smaller than it of matrix and the SiC granule of surface layer was metallurgy coalescent with the matrix and the SiC granule was well-proportioned spread around.The test result of grit wearing machine shows that the wear amount of the surface layer was 37% that of the matrix iron.The causes that the wear resistance of surface infiltration layer was better were searched by microstructures analysis.
