KMnO_4-荧光素化学发光体系的研究

摘    要:甲睾酮与浓硫酸的反应产物在酸性高锰酸钾反应产生弱的化学发光。基于荧光素能使显著增强体系的化学发光强度,建立了测定甲睾酮的化学发光新方法。该方法的线性范围分别为8.0×10-8~1.0×10-5 g/mL,检出限为3.0×10-8。对6.0×10-6 g/mL甲睾酮溶液进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为2.6%。该方法己应用于片剂中甲睾酮的含量测定,结果满意。

Abstract:It’s found that the weak chemiluminescence can be produced during the reaction of methyltestosterone with sulfuric acid. Based on the condition that fluorescein can make the system of chemiluminescence be intensity, a new method to determine chemiluminescence was established. The linear range of the method was 8.0×10^-8-1.0×10^-5 g/mL.The detection limits was 3.0×10^-8 g/mL. The relative standard deviation was 2.6%.The method can be applied to determine methyltestosterone in table with satisfactory result.
