苯酚和苯胺对脊尾白虾的毒性及安全评价研究

摘    要:研究了苯酚和苯胺对脊尾白虾的急性毒性作用,结果表明,苯酚和苯胺对脊尾白虾的96 h LC50分别为0.047 mg/L和0.057 mg/L,95%置信区间分别为0.022~0.12 mg/L和0.02~0.11 mg/L,苯酚和苯胺对脊尾白虾的安全浓度分别为0.000 47 mg/L和0.000 57 mg/L。苯酚和苯胺对脊尾白虾的毒性均为高毒。

Abstract:The acute toxicity effects of phenol and aniline on Exopalaemon carinicauda were studied. The results showed that 96 h LC50 with 95% confidence limits were 0. 047 mg/L (0. 022 -0. 12 mg/L) and 0. 057 mg/L (0. 02 0. 11 mg/L) for palaemon modestus, respectively. The safety concentrations of phenol and aniline on palaemon modestus were 0. 000 47 mg/L and 0. 000 57 mg/L. The toxicity level of phenol and aniline was high to the Exopalaemon carinicauda.
