| 摘 要： | 数字监控系统已成为新一代监控产品的主流。文章介绍了基于MPEG—4的数字监控系统的结构、多媒体数据压缩编码标准MPEG—4的特点和在视音频压缩卡及其SDK基础上开发监控系统应用程序的方法和步骤。
