空气垫缓冲包装性能的研究

摘    要:
为了减少包装废弃物的污染,寻找新的包装材料和包装技术是当务之急。本文所研究的是在塑料薄膜中充入空气作为缓冲材料,简称“空气垫”。设计出了单体结构和整体缓冲结构,进行了气垫和泡沫塑料的对比实验,试验证明,各项指标均优于泡沫塑料,是一种环保型的很有发展前途的缓冲包装材料。

Abstract:
In order to reduce the pollution of the package offal, it is very necessary to look for the new package materials and package technology. In this paper, a new cushion material that filling the air into the plastic film is studied, it is called air cushion mats. The single structure and the whole structure are designed, and the tests are done to contrast the air cushion mats and the foam. The results are that all the performances of the cushion mats are better than foam and it is a very promising cushion package material.
