摘    要:以多柔体动力学分析为基础,通过ADAMS与Matlab联合仿真,研究在冲击激励力作用下计入轴受载变形倾斜时弹性轴-轴承系统的动力学和摩擦学行为。得到的主要结论是:间隙较大时,轴-轴承系统发生自激振动;计入轴受载变形倾斜,轴承的最大油膜压力大幅度上升,最小油膜厚度大幅度下降。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis of dynamics for multi-flexible bodies,the dynamic and tribological behaviors of the flexible shaft-bearing system under a shock load are studied with the combining simulation of ADAMS and Matlab,considering shaft misalignment caused by elastic deflection of shaft.Numerical results show that self-exited vibration of the system happens if the radial clearance of bearing is larger.The minimum thickness of oil film for the bearings decreases to a great extent,and the maximum pressure of oil film increases greatly as well when journal misalignment is considered.
