有机添加剂对电沉积Fe-Co-Ni合金的影响

摘    要:通过测定阴极极化曲线和电沉积试验,研究了有机添加剂对电沉积铁-钴-镍合金的影响。认为含硫有机添加剂通过在电极表面的吸附,促进或延缓金属离子的还原反应,而络合剂则通过选择性络合阳离子,起稳定电解液、调节合金组份的作用。

Abstract:The effects of organic additives on electrodeposited Fe-Co-Ni alloys are studied by determination of cathodic polarization curves and electrodeposition tests. It is considered that sulfur containing compounds can promote or delay the reduction reaction of metal ions via adsorption on cathodic surface while complexants can stabilize electrolyte and adjust the composition of alloys via selective ligation.
