摘    要:鉴于能源危急和环境污染等问题,对蔗渣的开发利用势在可行.本文介绍甘蔗渣利用现状、纤维素结构;阐述微生物和酶的降解甘蔗渣纤维索的原理,列举几种常见的用于甘蔗渣纤维素降解的菌和酶:并对今后甘蔗渣降解和利用提出一些建议.

Abstract:It is very important for bagasse renewable utilization bescause of the dangerous situation of energy and environment pollution.This article briefs the bagasse use present situation and the cellulose structure.The principle of the microorganism and the enzyme degeneration bagasse cellulose was elaborated.Several kinds common the fungus and the enzyme which was used in the bagasse cellulose degrading were enumerated.And some tactic were suggested for the bagasse degeneration and the use in the future.
