摘    要:为了降低电池内气压,避免电池过充电漏气,进行了几种不同材质的隔膜及不同电液量对GNYZ3板式蓄电池内气压影响的试验,确定最佳隔膜为维纶布,此时的合理电液量为电池电液量应控制在15.5~16 g;环境温度在15~25℃范围内,5小时率电流充电7 h或10小时率电流过充18h的方法进行过充电,电池内气压不会高于3.0 MPa,使用时环境温度在20~40℃范围内以5小时率电流充电7 h,电池内气压不会高于3.0 MPa。

Abstract:To reduce the internal pressure of the Ni-Cd battery and to avoid battery leakage overcharge,the effects of several different separator materials and electrolyte volume on the internal pressure of GNYZ3 plate batteries were tested.The best separator was determined,and then a reasonable amount of electrolyte volume ought to be controlled at 15.5~16 grams.When the ambient temperature was from 15 ℃ to 25 ℃,battery recharged for 7h at 5-hour-rate or overcharged for 18 h at 10-hour-rate,the internal pressure of the battery would not be more than 3.0 MPa.When the ambient temperature was from 25 ℃ to 45 ℃,battery recharged for 7h at 5-hour-rate,the internal pressure of the battery would not be more than 3.0 MPa.
