摘    要:对苦杏仁的化学成分、药理作用等进行了归纳总结,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,找出苦杏仁中与抗肿瘤功效相关的金属元素,初步探究其抗癌机制。实验结果表明,苦杏仁中含有较高含量的Mg、K、Ca、Fe、Zn等金属元素,通过文献调研,初步确定苦杏仁的抗癌机制与Mg、K、Ca、Fe、Zn等金属元素有关。

Study on Determination of Metal Elements Content of Anticancer Traditional Chinese Medicine Bitter Almond

Abstract:Chemical composition and pharmacological effects of almond were summarized. Metal elements with antitumous effect in the almond were found out by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and their anticancer mechanisms investigated. The results show that, bitter almond contains higher levels of Mg, K, Ca, Fe, Zn and other metal elements, they have antitumous effect.
