摘    要:焦作电厂3号机组改造前振动状况不佳,上曾有过疑难振动,多次处理未能彻底解决。本次大修启机,判断分析准确,处理得当,以最少的启机次数将振动降一对优秀的水平。介绍了处理过程、分析方法及动平衡的一些要点,可以供类似机组振动处理时参考。

Abstract:JiaoZuo Power Plant #3 unit went into operation on Dec 1985. LP flow path modernization of this unit was carried out from Oct 1999 to Nov 1999. Before modernization, its vibration condition is not idea and some vibration problems unknown ever arose. Although some methods have been done to it, its vibration condition can not be improved absolutely. During modernization and start-up process, precise analysis judgement and accurate resolving method were put into practice, so vibration condition became excellent on this condition of minimum start-up times. This article introduces some main points of treating process, analysis method and running balance which can be looked on as valuable reference when resolving vibration problem of relative units.
