摘    要:
以某水泥余热发电厂循环冷却水处理为例,介绍了由预处理、反渗透和纯水回用三部分构成的反渗透脱盐处理工艺流程和设备,阐述了其特点,评估了处理系统的效益。结果表明:反渗透装置产生的75%纯水回用到锅炉补水和循环冷却水系统中,高含盐排水可用于水泥厂的工业生产,从而实现系统废水零排放。

Abstract:
Taking the site-stream treatment process for circulating cooling water of a cement plant waste heat power station as an example, an introduction is being presented to the reverse osmosis desalination process and equipment, including the pretreatment, reverse osmosis and water reuse facility, of which the features are described and the benefits are evaluated. Results show that 75% pure water produced by the reverse osmosis facility is reused as make-up and circulating cooling water of the boiler, and the high salt drainage can be used in industrial production of the cement plant, thus achieving zero discharge of the wastewater.
