液压垫结构优化设计

摘    要:本文采用有限元法对我公司生产的YL27-500B型四柱式单动薄板拉伸液压机的液压垫设计了三种工况进行模拟分析,并根据计算结论拟定了两种优化结构方案,选择三种模拟工况中最为恶劣的工况对优化结构重新进行有限元分析,结果表明,两种优化结构方案均能提高液压垫刚度并满足强度要求,液压垫的应力分布更为均匀,同时液压垫的设计重量较原结构有所降低,达到了优化设计的目标.

Abstract:The finite element method has been adopted to stimulate and analyze the three load cases of hydraulic cushion for YL27-500B type four-column single movement drawing hydraulic press for sheet metal.According to the calculation conclusion,two kinds of structural optimized design have been prepared.The finite element analysis has been conducted again to structure under the worst load case during the three cases.The results show that two kinds of the structural optimized design can improve the rigidity and fulfill the intensity requirement of hydraulic cushion.The stress distribution in the cushion is more equably,and the weight of cushion has been reduced than the older structure which achieves the optimized design.
