泥岩地质条件下沙坪水电站调压井开挖施工技术

摘    要:沙坪水电站调压井工程施工区属泥岩地质带,为确保井筒开挖的施工质量和进度,以及为确保开挖围岩稳定、安全,对此泥岩构造特点与力学性征进行了分析,针对分析情况,确定了开挖施工程序和方案.施工过程中,不断优化爆破参数,对井筒开挖围岩采用多方式联合系统进行强支护,并对井口和底部隧洞交叉处等关键部位进行加固处理.通过开挖施工技术的控制,取得了较好的效果,可供泥岩地质条件下同类工程参考.

Abstract:Construction area of Shaping hydropower station surge shaft is in mudstone geological zone.In order to ensure construction quality and progress for shaft excavation and stability and safety of surrounding rocks,this mudstone feature and its geotechnical property were analyzed and excavation procedure and option were defined based on analysis results.During construction,blasting parameters had been optimized frequently.Surrounding rocks along the shaft were strongly supported by combined support system.Some ...
