基于逆向工程系统的分布式早期协同设计研究

摘    要:在充分对比CAD模型和三角网格模型优劣的基础上 ,提出基于逆向工程进行分布式早期协同设计 ,并建立了系统框架。系统利用逆向工程快速获取产品数据的优势 ,以其输出的三角网格模型为基础 ,通过建立多分辨率模型与增量传输机制实现用户驱动的产品 3D模型的远程实时动态观察 ,并以特征作为处理的基本单元 ,实现异地同步协同设计。系统可跨平台支持多个异地设计端点的协同。

Abstract:Regarding the characteristics of CAD model and triangular mesh model, we propose a new system of early-collaborative design based on reverse engineering (RE) system. The framework is also set up. The new system makes full use of the advantages of acquiring product data quickly of RE system. Based on triangular mesh model output by RE system, we realize remote real-time dynamic viewing of 3D product model driven by client through multi-resolution model and progressive transmission. And making features as basic units of processing, we realize synchronous distributed collaborative design. The system can operate regardless of design platform type.
