基于ANSYS的轴承座的模态分析

摘    要:基于有限元思想,运用ANSYS软件建立了轴承座的三维模型。采用Block Lanczos方法对轴承座结构进行了有限元模态分析,并列出了结构的前4阶固有频率和振型。分析的结果对轴承座的设计优化和动力学分析有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Based on finite element theory,the 3D model of a bearing block was established with ANSYS software.By using Block Lanczos method,the modal analysis of the bearing block was carried out and the first four natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained.The results provide a guidance for the optimization design and dynamics analysis of the bearing block.
