基于结构复合材料的水下耐压壳体应用

摘    要:简要说明了水下耐压壳体的使用环境和主要功能,重点介绍了工程实际中通常采用的结构复合材料的组成形式,并对复合材料弹性性能的并联和串联受力模型进行了初步分析和描述.用实例说明了水下探测设备耐压壳体的制造工艺,建立了壳体有限元模型,同时对其强度进行了分析与讨论.

Abstract:The paper explains the circumstance under which the underwater compression resistance hull is used and its functions.The mode of structure composites in the engineering practice is introduced,and the force models of composite in parallel connection and series connection are analyzed and depicted.Finally the article explains the manufacture techniques for underwater compression resistance hull,establishes the finite model,analyzes and discusses the hull rigidity.
