内啮合齿轮泵联接螺栓的载荷分析

摘    要:螺栓组的载荷计算一般认为是各螺栓均分工作压力,但实际上各个螺栓受力可能是不相等的。以内啮合齿轮泵上的螺栓为研究对象,对压力进行合理分区,利用SolidWorks中的Simulation功能来分析螺栓受力情况,然后计算受力最大螺栓的应力。通过此方法可以检验能否采用低精度等级的螺栓以节约生产成本。

Abstract:It is hypothesized that each bolt in bolt connection is exerted the same load in load calculation,but actually each bolt stress may not be equal.The bolt group of an internal meshing gear pump was taken as research object in the paper.By use of SolidWorks module named Simulation to exert load on the pump,the paper calculated the stress of the bolts,and found out the one on which the maximum pressure was exerted.Meanwhile,we could find whether the higher precision grade bolts could be replaced by lower ones ...
