多功能电能表应用规范研究

随着用电结构的变化,国家调整了电价政策,运用分时电价为经济手段指导用户合理用电;分时电价须以多功能电能表为记录单元,由于不同的多功能电能表在显示方式、接线结构、编码设置、通讯规约等方面差别较大,给供电公司电能量的采集和数据接入带来很多不便,为多功能电能表制订统一的技术规范和通信规约是各省电力公司应研究的问题;本文以安徽电网应用多功能电能表为例,论述了为多功能电能表制订统一的技术规范和通信规约所涉及的技术问题和解决方案.

Researching and applying the technical codes of multi-function meter

Under the situation of fast development speed of electric power market in China,government pursues a reasonable power price policy to regulate the electric power consumption.Time-price has been taken as an economic policy to influence power consumer′s behavior.However,settlement under Timeprice policy is according to the figures which are recorded by multi-function meter.Because there are some differences between different type of multi-function meters on displaying styles,the modes of connection,configuration codes,communication agreements,it is quite inconvenient to make the interfaces and collect the number of energy by the electric power supply company.So many experts in electric power companies are researching in this field in order to work out technical codes and communication agreements.This paper demonstrates the research and its application in AnHui electric power system,and expounds the solution relevant above questions.
