薄壁零件的加工工艺研究

摘    要:薄壁零件刚性差,在加工中易变形,使零件的形位误差增大,不易保证零件的加工质量,薄壁零件的加工是车削中比较棘手的问题。通过分析薄壁零件的加工特点,对防止和减少薄壁零件变形的工艺措施进行了综合分析和研究。实践证明,采取一定的工艺措施可以有效的解决薄壁零件变形及加工精度不高等问题。采用小锥度心轴夹具车削薄壁零件,加工过程平稳,无噪音,保证了加工质量,精度完全符合工件的工艺要求。

Abstract:Rigid thin-walled parts is poor,and easy to deform in the process,so the form and position errors of the part increase,and are not easy to ensure the machining quality,the process of the thin-walled part is turning the more difficult issues.The characteristics of thin-walled part of the process are analyzed.The process measures of preventing and reducing the deformation of thin-walled part are analyzed and researched comprehensively.Practice shows that the process to take some measures to solve thin-walled parts can be effectively deformed and not high precision.The process is smooth,no noise by using fixture with small taper spindle turning thin-walled parts,which can ensure processing quality,and the precision can meet the technical requirements of parts completely.
