电解多功能天车系统优化

摘    要:350 kA系列电解多功能天车在设计及安装过程中没有充分考虑电解实际生产,因此在生产运行中出现了许多制约其作用发挥的问题,如清理铲系统由于大、小车轨道没有吹灰装置,降低了设备使用率,通过对原系统中清理铲的限位及绝缘护套进行改造和优化,安装大小车轨道吹灰装置,使多功能天车的系统功能得以优化,在生产中能更好的发挥其功用。

Abstract:In this paper,the 350 kA series of electrolytic multi Crane is not fully taken into account the actual production and electrolysis problems in the process of design and installation,so there are some problems restricting its effect from full capacity,for example,the clean-up shovel system often fails due to the large,trolley tracks without blowing equipment,so the equipment utilization is reduced.Through the limiting of clean-up shovling,the optimization and transformation of insulating sheath,the soot-blowing system of big and small vehicles rail is installed,which makes the system function of multi crane to be optimized,and can play a better role in production.
