基于霍尔效应的铁磁性磨粒测试方法

摘    要:为检测润滑油中铁磁性磨粒的含量 ,根据霍尔效应原理和高梯度磁力分离技术原理设计了铁磁性磨粒检测仪。设计确定了合适的霍尔传感器及后续处理电路。结果表明 :利用它能很方便地对机械润滑油中的铁磁性磨粒捕获、测量和分析 ,为机械状态监测和故障诊断提供了一种方法。介绍了其工作原理、基本结构、电路系统及元件选用。

Abstract:In order to detection the content of ferromagnetic wear particles in lubricating oils, a kind of ferromagnetic wear particles detector was designed according to the principle of Hall effect and high-gradient magnetic separation. Appropriate Hall sensor and post-processing circuit were determined. It is ease to catch, detection and analyse ferromagnetic wear particles in lubricating oils using this ferromagnetic wear particles detector. It provides a new method for machine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. The principle, structure,circuit and Hall sensor are presented.
