| 摘 要： | 通过一款汽车用扎带的注射模设计分析,对汽车精密塑料件一模多件成型模具的设计进行了详细的介绍,提出了平衡式浇道的设计思路和浇口的设计要点,针对其头部易收缩变形的特点,借用冲压弯曲理念,预先考虑变形进行塑料模的设计,值得借鉴交流。

| Abstract: | Through analysis of the injection mold design for the belt of one kind of automobile,and introduced the more cavities of the molding,it suggested the balanced-shaped casting design and the main points of casting gate design.Especially,pre-consideration for the distortion,it suggested a new design method named curving pressing. |
