高硫容干法脱硫技术在塔六凝析气田的应用

摘    要:为保障塔六凝析气田正常生产和装置的安全运行,需对气田的酸性天然气进行处理。综合考虑塔六凝析气田的地质条件、运行成本、工艺流程等因素,选择高硫容干法脱硫技术对含硫天然气进行处理。概述干法脱硫的技术特点、反应原理及该脱硫装置的主要生产工艺、配套工艺,表述该装置设计运行要求,介绍判断脱硫效果及选择更换脱硫剂时机的方法,对脱硫后的H2S浓度进行统计分析。验证了该脱硫方法的有效性,提出了在生产过程中存在的问题,总结了干法脱硫技术的运行经验。

Abstract:In order to assure normal production of Taliu Condensate Gas Field and proper operation of its equipment,it is necessary to treat sour gas from the gas field.Selected is the high sulfur content desulfurization technology by dry method for treating such sour gas after comprehensive consideration of geological conditions,operation cost and process flow and other factors of the gas field.Summarized are technical characteristics and reaction mechanism of the desulphurization by dry method,main production process and supporting technologies of the desulphurization unit,described are requirements of the unit in design and operation,introduced is the method used for judging desulfurization effect and selecting an opportune moment of desulfurizer replacement and conducted is statistic analysis on hydrogen sulfide concentration after desulphurization.Proven is the effectiveness of the desulfurization method,put forward are problems existing in the production process and summarized is the operating experience in desulfurization technology by dry method.
