摘    要:因为叶轮和冷却器气侧积灰,4TYD112型空压机运行中出现排气量减小和排气压力下降的现象,不能满足工艺要求。通过在空压机的进口流道上增设水冲洗装置,对叶轮和一级冷却器的气侧进行水冲洗,达到了增加空压机排气量和提高排气压力的目的。

Abstract:Due to the ash deposition at impeller and condenser, the phenomena of decreased discharge capacity and pressure are occurred during the operation of 4TYD112 type air compressor, and the process requirement cannot be satisfied. The purpose of increasing the discharge capacity and pressure is achieved by adding a water washing device at the inlet channel of air compressor to wash the impeller and the first-stage condenser.
