摘    要:通过采用合适的增铝方式,调整合适的精炼渣系,并对钢水进行VD真空处理,注重良好的保护浇铸,尽量减少Al2O3夹杂物的产生和尽量多的去除Al2O3夹杂的工艺,实现了以小方坯连铸连浇的方式生产出合格的38CrMoAl渗氮钢。

Abstract:By adopting appropriate increase aluminum style,adjust the right refining slag series,and on to the molten steel VD vacuum treatment,pay attention to the protection of the good cast,decrease as far as possible form and as far as possible much remove Al2O3 inclusion process to achieve continuous casting billet even the way produce qualified 38CrMoAl Nitriding steel.
