变频器及专用泵卡在恒压供水系统的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种变频调速恒压供水系统。该系统使用一台ATV61变频器拖动两台变量泵.采用内置PID调节器进行泵的调节.由压力传感器提供系统反馈信号。系统能够根据运行负荷的变化自动调节水泵的数量和转速.通过参数的设置可以实现水泵的轮值功能、多变量泵功能,防止了变量泵长期闲置造成的锈蚀,延长了系统寿命。

Abstract:This article introduces a frequency- converting & speed-regulating water supply system with constant pressure, in which a frequency converter ATV61 is used for driving two variable pumps controlled by integrated PID adjustor and system feedback signal is provided by pressure sensor. The system can be able to regulate automatically the pump numbers and their speed. The water pump spelling function and multi-variable pump function can avoid variable pump corrosion because of long term idle and extending the system life.
