| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用微小切口在小儿疝治疗上的临床实用性。方法回顾分析216例小儿疝患者采用微小切口及技术改进。结果无一例复发,无明显并发症。结论本术式方法简单、费时短、创伤小、恢复快、复发少等优点,适合临床普及。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate clinic utility of treatment by using small incision for hernia in children.Methods The study was based on a retrospective analysis of 216 pediatric patients with inguinal hernia treated with the small incision technique.Results There was no recurrence in 216 hernia repairs,nor obvious complication.Conclusion The technique has advantages of simple opration,less time,minimal invasivion,faster recovery,lower recrudescence,suitable to clinic pervasion. |
