摘    要:传统的理论线损是在潮流计算基础上得到的,鉴于全网整体式状态估计条件要求苛刻,运行调试过程中经常出现不收敛的问题,作者研究了存在不良数据和部分厂站注入量测信息不完整情况下的线损计算。文中对全网进行状态检测,对有可疑数据厂站进行单个厂站的模糊聚类不良数据辨识,对缺少注入量测的厂站根据其实际情况进行由对端量测量估计或部分电网状态估计。这可为潮流计算提供初始条件,提高估计速度。算例表明,部分电网状态估计能得到精确的估计结果,保证理论线损的计算精度。

Abstract:Traditionally, the theoretical network loss is obtained on the basis of power flow calculation. In view of strict requirement to the condition for global state estimation of whole network, during the operation and commissioning of power system the phenomena of non-convergence frequently occur. For this reason, the power flow calculation under existence of bad data and incomplete injected measured data of partial substations and plants is researched. Firstly, the state detection for the whole network is performed, and the fuzzy clustering identification of bad data for single substation or plant is conducted while doubtable data exist in them; for the plants and substations short of injected measured data, according to their practical situation the estimation of opposite terminal measurement or state estimation of partial power network is carried out to offer initial condition for power flow calculation and the estimation speed is put forward. On this basis, the estimation expression for transformer loss is given. Simulation results show that accurate state estimation results of partial power network can be obtained, thus the calculation accuracy of theoretical network loss can be ensured.
