摘    要:本文对真空熔铸含Mn量为0.46wt%的Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金的时效硬化、形变时效使化过程及其组织变化作了研究。实验证明:(1)0.46wt%Mn固溶于Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金中,(2)含少量Mn的合金的时效硬化、形变时效硬化及组织变化的基本特征与不含Mn的Gu-15Ni-8Sn合金相类似,但少量Mn延缓合金的时效、形变时效过程,增加硬化效果。

Abstract:The age-hardening,thermomechanical age-hardening characteristics and structural change of vacuum-melting and casting Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy with 0.4wt%Mn have been investigated. The results show:(1)the 0.46wt%Mn present in solid solution(2)the age-hardening,thermomechanical age-hardening characteristics and structural change characteristics of of alloy with Mn is similar to that of alloy without Mn, small amounts Mn suppresses age-hardening and thermomechanical age-hardening process but increases hardening effect.
