基于气体传感的中高压开关柜过温监测系统

摘    要:对中高压开关柜的过温监测应具有可靠、高效和实用性。介绍了一种利用二氧化碳气体来传递过温信号的高压开关柜过温监测系统,分析了该系统的总体结构和工作原理,具体研究了气体存储及释放装置、气体检测和告警系统的设计。通过实验室测试和现场试运行的结果,验证了该系统的正确性、有效性及工程实用性。

Abstract:High reliability,effectiveness and practicability are the demanding for supervising over-temperature of the HV and MV switch cabinet.An over-temperature supervising system for the HV and MV switch cabinet by carrying the over-temperature signals through CO2 is proposed.Overall structure and operation principle of the system are analyzed,the designs of the gas storage device,the gas releasing mechanism,gas detection device and alarming device are described in detail.The correctness,effectiveness and engineering applicability are verified through the results of the lab tests and trial operations.
