衡钢VD炉工艺对钢液气体及非金属夹杂物的影响

摘    要:介绍了衡钢炼钢分厂大管坯生产线100tVD设备及工艺.通过对比分析进VD条件、VD过程操作、真空处理时间对VD真空精炼炉钢液脱气和夹杂去除效果的影响,得出了VD真空精炼炉的最佳吹氩流量和真空处理时间,现场数据表明,衡钢100 t钢包VD炉工艺改进后真空处理具有较好的脱气和去夹杂效果.

Abstract:The equipment and process of 100 t VD furnace in the big round billet production of Steel Making Plant at Hengsteel were in- troduced. The best flux of argon blow and the best vacuum treatment time of VD refining furnace were obtained by analyzing the effect of the condition for entering into VD furnace, the procedure operation and the vacuum treatment time upon degasification and inclusion re- moval. The practice data showed that the vacuum treatment could achieve the preferable effect of degasification and inclusion removal after improving the process of 100 t VD refining furnace.
