摘    要:以钛酸四丁酯和乙醇为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法制备以改性膨润土为载体的负载型TiO2光催化剂,通过自行设计的光催化反应器考查了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、光催化剂用量、酸化时间、通气量及双氧水浓度等因素对光催化剂降解苯酚废水性能的影响,确定了制备改性膨润土负载TiO2光催化剂的最佳实验条件。实验结果表明:膨润土/TiO2对苯酚废水的光催化降解率可达80%。

Abstract:Using tetrabutyl titanate and ethanol as reaction raw materials and modified bentonite as carrier,a supported TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method.The influences of the roasting temperature and time,the dosage of photocatalyst,acidification time,the ventilation amount and the concentration of H2O2 on the photocatalytic degradation of phenol-containing wastewater by supported TiO2 were investigated,and optimal experimental conditions of preparing TiO2 photocatalyst supported on modified bentonite was determined.The experimental results showed that using the TiO2 photocatalyst supported on modified bentonite,the photocatalytic degradation rate of phenol-containing wastewater may reach to 80%.
