摘    要:提出了一种基于PIC16F685微控制器电磁铁控制的方法,通过对吸合过程中电磁线圈内的电流进行实时控制,改善了不同电压下电磁铁吸合的可靠性,降低了触头闭合瞬间的弹跳,优化了触头接触时电磁铁的运动特性,并实现了低功率保持,从而提高了可靠性。

Abstract:An electromagnet control method based on PIC16F685 was proposed.By the realtime control over the electromagnet coil current in the process of actuation,the actuation reliability of electromagnet under different voltage was improved. The contact bounce was reduced and the movement characteristics were optimized when contacts connected.In addition,the low-power retention was implemented.Therefore,its reliability was improved.
