植物油热聚合反应动力学研究

摘    要:以大豆油为原料,通过作图法和稳态近似法确定了油脂的热聚合反应级数、速率常数及动力学方程,结果显示,亚油酸酯异构化反应为一级反应,动力学方程为:c18:2/18:0=11.46e^-0.0137t;大豆油热聚合反应为一级连串反应,动力学方程为:cC=11.46(1-e^-0.0137t),反应的速率常数为::k=0.0137.

Abstract:The reaction order, rate constant and kinetics equation of soybean oil thermal polymerization reaction were determined through charting method and steady state assumption. It is shown that the conjugate - isomeric reaction of linoleate is first order,the kinetics equation is as follows:C18:2/18:0 = 11.46e-0.0137t, the thermal polymerization of soybean oil is first order connecting reaction, the kinetics equation is as follows :cc = 11.46(1 - e-0.0137t) and their rate constant is k =0.0137.
