水煤浆锅炉除尘器改造方案筛选分析

摘    要:针对万丰热电厂水煤浆锅炉现役静电除尘器已不能满足烟气排放新标准,需进行改造的问题,提出了采用高效静电除尘器、袋式除尘器、电-袋复合除尘器的3种改造方案,为此,结合万丰热电厂水煤浆锅炉烟气的特点和静电除尘器历年运行情况,分析比较了3种改造方案在水煤浆锅炉上应用的技术可行性和经济性,最后比较结果认为改造采用静电除尘器的除尘效率高,是最优选择。

Abstract:The active electrostatic precipitator of coal water slurry(CWS) boiler in Wanfeng Thermal Power Plant needs to be retrofitted to meet the new standard on flue gas emission.Three retrofit schemes are presented,i.e.adopting efficient electrostatic precipitator,bag filter and advanced hybrid particulate collector.Considering the features of flue gas from CWS boiler in the plant and the operation of electrostatic precipitator over the years,technological and economical comparisons are made for the three schemes.The comparison result shows that adopting efficient electrostatic precipitator is the best choice.
