环保型绝热材料的开发与应用

摘    要:本文在对粉煤灰漂珠准纳米材料形态的效应分析基础上,利用废弃的聚苯乙烯塑料颗粒,通过粉状材料和颗粒材料之间的优化级配方设计,研究了环保型绝热材料的最佳比例和各种性能。工程实践表明,所研制的绝热材料具有导热系数小、绝热性能优良、力学性能不降低、施工性能稳定、无毒无放射污染等优点。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the effect analysis of quasi-nano float-bead fly ash, the waste polystyrene foam particle was used to realize optimal grading design of powder and particulate materials, furthermore, optimal proportion and characteristics of environmental protective thermal insulation material was experimentally studied. With the engineering practice, it was indicated that the developed thermal insulation material had lots of advantages, including small heat conduction coefficient, good thermal insulation property, non-reduced mechanical property, stable construction property and non-toxicity and non-radio pollution etc.
