摘    要:针对江西省小型水利工程运行管理过程中出现的主要问题,采用微服务架构、图像识别、智能语音和大数据等信息化手段,建设江西省小型水利工程运行管理平台。对该平台的服务模式、体系架构和主要功能进行研究,分析其在省内各区县的应用情况。结果表明:该平台的应用可提高资源集约能力、提升水利工程安全运行能力和资源管理服务水平,实现综合效益最大化。成果可为进一步做好省内小型水利工程运行管理提供参考,也可为其他地区类似工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:Aimed at the main problems in the operation and management of small water conservancy projects in Jiangxi province,such information technology as microservice architecture,image recognition,intelligent voice,and big data are used to build a platform for small water conservancy project operation management in Jiangxi province.This peper studys the service model,system architecture and main functions of the platform,and analyzes its application in various districts and counties of Jiangxi province.The results show that the application of the platform can improve the ability to integrate resource,to safely run and manage water conservancy projects,thereby enhancing economic benefits.The research results can provide reference for further improving the operation and management of small water conservancy projects in Jiangxi province,and also provide reference for similar work in other regions.
