| 摘 要： | 为了提高客车车身外观的装饰性和耐久性,对客车涂装各工艺包括涂装前处理、喷涂防绣底漆、涂腻子、打磨、中涂、补腻子和打磨以及喷涂面漆等进行了研究.提出了客车车身色彩、色带的设计理念与涂装方法,研究了国内客车防腐的趋势及新工艺新材料. |

| Abstract: | In order to improve the decorative and durability of the bus body appearance,the paper studies the coating technology including treatment before painting,spraying anti-embroidered coat,antirust primer,sanding,putty,floating coat,etc.It proposes bus body color,ribbon design and painting methods,the domestic anti-corrosion airbus trends and new technology and new materials.The results show that improving the decorative and durability of the bus body appearance should take each steps. |
