| 摘 要： | 阐述了CAPP的发展历程，并从不同角度对CAPP进行了分类。在分析国内外CAPP发展现状的基础上，提出了CAPP的“智能化”、“工具化”、“集成化”和“基于Internet全球化”等发展趋势。结合国内CAPP的应用现状，讨论了当前国内CAPP所面临的诸多问题：研究与开发有较大片面性；应用范围过于狭窄；对系统化、实用化、工程化研究重视不够；重表现形式，对工艺数据本身重视不够；工艺的规范化、标准化程度很低。

| Abstract: | The histroy of CAPP was presented,and the classifications of CAPP were proposed for diverse reasons.On the basis
of analysising the state-of-the-art of CAPP,the development trends to intellegence,tool,integratization and Internet-oriented
were proposed.Finally,according to the state-of-the-art of native CAPP,some problems which would be faced with by the
future research on CAPP were discussed.They are as follows:First,the research and devlopment of CAPP are much unilateral.
Second,the applied scope of CAPP is too narrow.Third,researchers pay little attention to the systemic,practical and engineering
research on CAPP.Fourth,the display form is more emphasized than the process data itself.Last,but not least,the level of
process standardization is very low. |
