PY分子筛为载体催化剂的加氢精制性能

摘    要:在Y型分子筛的合成过程中引入P元素,制备了含P的Y型分子筛 PY。并将 PY 分子筛为核心,使 TiO2-SiO2氧化物原位生长在 PY 分子筛的外表面,制备了加氢精制催化剂载体,然后以 Ni、W 为活性金属组分,采用等体积溶液浸渍法制备了用于焦化蜡油(CGO)加氢处理的催化剂,采用 XRD、31P MAS NMR、BET、IR 等方法表征了载体及催化剂的物理化学性质,并考察了P的引入对催化剂加氢精制催化活性的影响。结果表明,P的加入没有破坏Y型分子筛的晶体结构,PY 分子筛具有较好的晶型;其中,部分P原子进入了Y型分子筛的骨架结构中,另外一部分P原子以无定型状态存在于分子筛表面,从而使分子筛的强B酸与总酸数量降低。以 PY 分子筛为载体组分制备的催化剂与其他含P催化剂及不含P催化剂相比,具有较大的孔容、孔径以及合理的B酸与L酸比例,在保证焦化蜡油大分子扩散速率的同时,有利于增加催化剂加氢性能和裂化性能的协同作用,使催化剂对焦化蜡油的加氢精制催化活性得到明显改善。

Abstract:PY zeolite was obtained by adding phosphorus in the process of synthesis of Y zeolite.A composite support was prepared by the method of in-situ growth of TiO2-SiO2 on the outer side of zeolite PY.Catalysts with Ni,W as active metal components and the composite support for hydrotreating coker gas oil(CGO) were prepared by isovolumic impregnation method.XRD,31P MAS NMR,BET and IR were carried out to characterize the properties of PY zeolite and the catalysts.The effects of phosphorus on the hydrotreating performance of the catalysts were examined.It was found that PY zeolite was of good crystalline form.In PY zeolite a part of phosphorus atoms were incorporated into the framework of Y zeolite and others were dispersed on the surface of Y zeolite with amorphous state,causing the Brnsted acidity amount and total acidity amount of the zeolite decreased.Compared with the phosphorus modified catalysts prepared by other methods and non-phosphorus modified catalyst,the catalyst containing PY zeolite had larger pore volume and pore diameter as well as suitable acidity distribution,which ensured the diffusion of CGO molecules of larger volume and favored for the co-operation of hydrogenation and cracking performance of the catalyst,resulting in the better hydrotreating performance for CGO.
