摘    要:
用硫酸从锂云母中提取铯,采用正交设计表安排实验,用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测铯,以Cs2O水溶性浸出物含量为指标,对硫酸的质量分数,反应时间,液固质量比进行考察。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:硫酸的质量分数为40%,反应时间为8 h,液固比为3∶1。在最佳条件下,100 g锂云母可提取Cs2O约150 mg。

Abstract:
The cesium was extracted from lepidolite using sulfuric acid.The experiment was arranged by orthogonal experiment,cesium was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Based on the content of Cs2O water-soluble,the effect of mass fraction of sulfuric acid,reaction time,mass ratio of liquid to solid were studied.Results showed the optimum conditions were as follows:mass fraction of sulfuric acid 40%,reaction time 8 h,mass ratio of liquid to solid 3 ∶ 1.Under the optimum conditions,150 mg cesium could be extracted from 100 g lepidolite.
