摘    要:介绍了一种橡胶密封件优化设计平台系统,利用该系统可对各种密封件(如O形圈、矩形圈、滑环式组合密封圈)和油封等进行有限元分析,且能对各种密封件进行参数优化设计。各种结构尺寸调整后,设计图形自动更新,并可快速转化为有限元模型进行分析,借助不断丰富的专家知识库和有限元分析结果对橡胶密封件进行分析优化,获得橡胶密封件的最佳结构设计及其对材料和成型工艺条件的具体要求,自动生成密封件和模具设计图纸。为橡胶密封制品的结构优化、模具设计和新品开发奠定了基础。

Abstract:The optimum design system of rubber seals was introduced in this paper, and many seals, such as O-ring seal, rectangle seal, sliding ring combined seal and oil seal, could be carried out finite element analysis by the system. When the dimensions of the seal changed,the drawing would update automatically,and it would translate into finite model rapidly. Rubber seals were optimized by virtue of expert repository and finite element analysis result,and the best structure and detailed requirements of the material and processing condition were all obtained,and the design drawing of the product and its mould were created automatically,and a foundation was settled for optimum design of the product structure,design of the mould and the development of new product.
